Reporting to the Design Director | Construction, the incumbent is responsible for simultaneously managing and coordinating various commercial and industrial projects at different stages of the Design phase. This (this) superhero will have to be a team person who favors collaboration over competition. He/she will also have to master the management of priorities.

Main responsibilities:
• Plan the handling of technical and functional needs with the client;
• Manage the schedule and respect the deliverables;
• Coordinate tenders for professionals
• Coordinate the collaborative design team between the architecture and engineering disciplines
• Implement the conceptual idea of the project, volumetry, layout, materiality;
• Optimization of the project to ensure compliance with the budget;
• Writing meeting minutes
• Implementation of the schedule and rigorous monitoring of it
• Supervise and revise plans for the various programs
