Mylène Hardy founded the company in 2023, following a long reflection on her vision of the evolution of construction and her desire to make things happen. For the past 25 years, she has worked in several teams at the client level as well as as general contractors across Canada. She has been able to participate in great achievements and has taken advantage of every opportunity offered to her to develop, improve and finally become a reference in the project management ecosystem.

His passion for construction is matched only by his desire to provide a unique and high-quality experience to his clients. She has always made it a priority to surround herself with talents, choice allies and to be able to make them shine. She demonstrates a very high agility to adapt to all situations and thus be part of the solution. Process optimization is at the heart of its priorities, in order to ensure a high standard in the management of construction and design projects.
